1. Basic Policy

MiraiGrid (the "App") respects user privacy and endeavors to keep the information it collects to the minimum necessary.

The App does not require account registration using an email address, name, password, or similar information for normal use.

2. Information We Collect

The App may collect or store the following information to provide the service.

• Anonymous user ID, API token, and plan type
• Input data such as project names, MiraiGrid cell contents, progress, priority, and completion dates
• Template usage, AI generation usage, token counts related to AI generation, and similar information
• Information related to transfer codes. The raw code string is not stored; hashed information is stored instead
• Purchase information, transaction IDs, purchase tokens, expiration dates, and billing platform information required to verify subscriptions
• Name, email address, subject, and message entered in the contact form
• In-app feedback category, message, app version, and OS type
• Crash information, error information, device information, OS information, and app usage events
• Identifiers, cookies, advertising IDs, and usage information required for advertising, analytics, and remote configuration

3. Purposes of Use

Collected information is used for the following purposes.

• Providing the App, authentication, data storage, synchronization, and restoration
• Providing project management, progress management, AI generation, templates, and related features
• Managing free plans, paid plans, usage limits, ad removal, and related settings
• Confirming, restoring, and checking the expiration of subscriptions
• Responding to inquiries, feedback, and bug reports
• Investigating failures, improving quality, analyzing usage, and preventing misuse
• Notifying users of important notices, changes to terms or policies, maintenance, and similar matters
• Responding to legal requirements or app store terms

4. Transmission to External Services

The App may use the following external services. Information may be transmitted to these services to the extent necessary.

• Firebase Analytics: usage analysis
• Firebase Crashlytics: collection and analysis of crashes and errors
• Firebase Remote Config: delivery of app settings, URLs, and feature controls
• Google AdMob: ad delivery and ad performance measurement
• App Store / Google Play: subscription purchase, restoration, and verification
• Google Gemini API, Anthropic Claude API, and similar services: AI generation features

Information handled by each external service is subject to the privacy policy and terms of use of each provider.

5. Handling of Information for AI Generation Features

When users use AI generation features, entered themes and related information may be transmitted to external AI services for generation.

Users should not enter confidential information, third-party personal information, health, financial, legal, or other information requiring careful handling, or any information inappropriate for external transmission.

AI-generated results may be stored to the extent necessary for service improvement, usage limit management, troubleshooting, and related purposes.

6. Sharing with Third Parties

We do not provide user information to third parties except in the following cases.

• When the user has given consent
• When information is transmitted to external services, payment platforms, cloud providers, or similar parties to the extent necessary to provide the service
• When required by law
• When necessary to respond to misuse, rights infringement, or security issues
• When information is transferred to the extent necessary in connection with a business transfer, merger, company split, or similar transaction

7. Advertising and Analytics

The App may use Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, and similar services for ad delivery and usage analysis.

These services may collect advertising IDs, cookies, device information, app usage information, and similar data. Users may be able to reset advertising IDs or limit personalized ads through device settings or methods provided by each service.

8. Data Retention Period

We retain user information for the period necessary to provide the service.

Information that is no longer necessary will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period where practicable.

However, certain information may be retained for a period for backups, troubleshooting, misuse prevention, legal compliance, accounting, payment records, and similar purposes.

9. Data Deletion and Restoration

Because the App is designed for anonymous use, data may not be recoverable if the device is deleted, the App is reinstalled, the API token is lost, or the user cannot otherwise be identified.

If a transfer code has not been issued and stored, data restoration may not be possible.

10. Security Management

We take reasonable security measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, alteration, leakage, and similar incidents involving collected information.

However, due to the nature of internet communications, device environments, and external services, complete security cannot be guaranteed.

11. Use by Minors

Minors should use the App with the consent of a parent or other legal representative.

13. Changes

We may change this Policy as necessary. The revised Policy takes effect when posted in the App or on the official website.

For important changes, we will endeavor to notify users by a reasonable method.
