Terms of Service

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms of Service set forth the conditions for using MiraiGrid (the "App"). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Article 2 (Service Description)

The App is a goal achievement support service that provides goal organization using a 9x9 grid, roadmap creation, TODO and progress management, templates, AI-assisted input, and related features.

We may change, add, suspend, or terminate the content, features, specifications, or conditions of the App as necessary.

Article 3 (Anonymous Use and Data Management)

The App can generally be used without account registration. When use begins, an anonymous user ID and API token are issued, and project data is managed in association with that anonymous user.

If you delete or initialize your device, reinstall the App, or lose your API token, your data may not be recoverable unless you have used a recovery method such as a transfer code in advance.

Article 4 (Prohibited Acts)

Users must not engage in the following acts:

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Acts that infringe the rights, reputation, credibility, or privacy of third parties
• Acts that place excessive load on the App's servers, networks, or systems
• Acts intended for unauthorized access, reverse engineering, tampering, analysis, or vulnerability probing
• Entering confidential information, third-party personal information, illegal content, or harmful content into AI generation features
• Circumventing advertising, billing, usage limits, authentication, or other mechanisms
• Any other acts that we deem inappropriate

Article 5 (AI Generation Features)

The App may use external AI services to generate suggestions based on themes or other information entered by users.

AI-generated results are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, useful, lawful, or fit for a particular purpose. Users must use generated results at their own judgment and responsibility.

Users must not enter secrets, personal information, sensitive information about third parties, or any other information inappropriate for external transmission into AI generation features.

Article 6 (Free Plan and Paid Plan)

The App may offer a free plan and paid plans such as MiraiGrid Pro.

The free plan may include restrictions on the number of projects, AI generation usage, advertising display, and other features.

Paid plans may provide features such as ad removal, relaxed project creation limits, and expanded AI generation usage within the scope separately specified by us.

The details, limits, and prices of each plan are governed by the information displayed in the App or on each app store.

Article 7 (Subscriptions)

Paid plans may be provided as auto-renewing subscriptions through the App Store or Google Play.

Purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds, billing, and payment method management are handled according to the terms and procedures of each app store.

Unless you cancel your subscription, it may automatically renew at the end of the subscription period.

We are not responsible for the specifications, review processes, payment processing, or refund decisions of each app store.

Article 8 (Advertisements)

The free plan may display advertisements such as Google AdMob ads. We do not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or safety of advertisement content, display timing, or linked services.

Article 9 (Data Storage and Deletion)

Projects, cell contents, progress, feedback, and other data created in the App may be stored on servers to provide the service.

When a user deletes a project, related data such as cells will also be deleted. However, some data may remain for a certain period for backups, logs, legal compliance, troubleshooting, or similar purposes.

Article 10 (Disclaimer)

We do not guarantee that the App will be suitable for a user's particular purpose, continuously available, free from errors or defects, or that data will always be stored or restored.

Even if users suffer damages due to use or inability to use the App, data loss, AI-generated results, advertisements, external services, device environments, or similar causes, we will not be liable except in cases of our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

If any disclaimer is not permitted under the Consumer Contract Act or other applicable laws, this Article will apply only to the extent permitted by such laws.

Article 11 (External Services)

The App may use third-party services such as Firebase, Google AdMob, the App Store, Google Play, and external AI services.

The terms of use, failures, specification changes, suspension, and data handling of third-party services are governed by the terms and policies of their respective providers.

Article 12 (Changes to These Terms)

We may change these Terms as necessary. The revised Terms take effect when posted in the App or on the official website.

For important changes, we will endeavor to notify users by a reasonable method.

Article 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. If a dispute arises in relation to the App, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
